HOW TO GET HERE

DRIVING FROM SYDNEY

Simply take the M1 northbound towards Newcastle. Take the Hunter Expressway and continue to follow signs to Singleton. Once at Singleton, follow signs to Kamilaroi Highway. Continue to follow signs to Gunnedah (be careful not to continue through to Tamworth, it'll add considerably extra time to your trip). Once through Gunnedah, continue following signs to Narrabri. The trip will take approximately 6.5 hours.

driving from brisbane

Take the M3 and follow signs to Ipswich/Toowoomba (M7). Once at Toowoomba, follow signs to Goondiwindi. You'll then continue through to Moree before arriving in Narrabri. The trip will take approximately 7 hours. Alternatively, you can also travel to Warwick from Brisbane, and then follow signs to Goondiwindi if you prefer.

fly directly to narrabri

You can take the easy option and fly to us instead! Link Airways flies directly to Narrabri via both Brisbane and Sydney on weekdays. If you get in early enough, tickets only cost $194 each way. We highly recommend booking quickly as seat numbers are limited. Check out their website for more details www.linkairways.com.

FLY TO MOREE OR TAMWORTH

You can fly to Moree or Tamworth and then arrange to either hire a car or get a lift with friends to Narrabri. Qantas flies to Moree twice daily, with Moree only an hours drive to Narrabri. Qantas and Virgin Australia fly to Tamworth more regularly and the price is usually cheaper compared to Moree, however it does take two hours of driving afterwards to get to Narrabri. Both towns offer car hire services. To book flights, simply visit www.qantas.com.au or www.virginaustralia.com

CATCH THE TRAIN FROM SYDNEY

Why not take a day trip through the countryside?! You can literally sit back and relax whilst the train takes you from Central Station directly through to Narrabri, arriving at approximately 5pm. A food kiosk is available for hot lunches, drinks and snacks (we highly recommend taking cash to purchase items in case the EFTPOS facilities aren't operating), with the journey taking about 7.5 hours. Please note that if there are any trackwork repairs taking place on the day, buses will replace the train service, which will add extra time to your trip. You can purchase tickets via www.nswtrainlink.info. Tickets generally cost $50 one way for economy, and $95 one way for first class.
