The lovely ladies who share a passion for cheese will be bringing their delicious range of Blue Sky Cheese to Nosh 2023. Blue Sky Cheese is based in the Warrumbungles and has been around since 2018 and is truly unique to this region.

All cheese varieties are hand made - with a diverse selection of artisanal and gourmet varieties on offer.

Their range of cheeses include their signature Castlreagh Camembert made in the old Normandy tradition, a Fingerlime Feta infused with a citrus punch, the Mendooran Swiss with a delicious 'twang' and their seasonal Warrumbungle Blue.
